Tell Ellen about your occasion.

The date, roughly how many guests, and the kind of evening you have in mind — that’s all Ellen needs to start. She replies, usually within one business day.

Good questions to ask

What's included — do you bring everything?

Ellen plans the menu, shops, cooks it all in your kitchen, serves through the evening, and cleans up completely before she goes. You provide the kitchen and the guests; she brings the cooking.

How does pricing work for an event?

There's no fixed price — it depends on the occasion, the guest count and the time involved. Ellen sends a clear quote once she knows what you're planning, with ingredients and any special supplies added at cost.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better, especially for weekends and holidays — Ellen takes a limited number of events so each one gets her full attention. If your date is close, ask anyway and she'll be straight with you about what's possible.
